New Steps is headed by Dr. Harry Schmaltz, one of the region’s leading surgeons in minimally invasive joint replacement, and Dr. Alan Gillick who specializes in leading-edge spinal surgery CMC performs more knee and hip replacements with the lowest infection rates than any other facility in the region.
